Registration Guidelines at CMO CONVENTION

HOW TO REGISTER WHEN YOU ARRIVE CONVENTION GROUND

After gaining access into the convention ground

First point to visit (Accreditation point)

There will be 15 tables with two accreditation officers manning each of the tables for each deanery.

The name of the deanery, names of the accreditation officers and their phone numbers will be pasted on the wall for easy identification.  Just locate your deanery table.

A. Queue up in two lines for each deanery

One for new inductees and the other line for inducted members

B, check for your name and unique number on the spread sheet that will be given to you.

C when you get to the accreditation officer just call out your unique number and he will mark your name and give you the following items

A.   Convention brochure

B   Liturgical booklet

C.  Sponsor's gift pack

D.  Registration card

E.  New inductees will get in addition to the above items a NEW INDUCTEE TAG.

Next Point (Logistic)

You show them the registration card. They allocate a bed space to you. Because all the foams will be properly arranged in each bed space in the hotel and numbered.  They will give you your bed space number and you then go to the bed space and take ownership by putting your bedsheets on the bed.

Next Point (Hall or Chapel)

Depending on the time you arrive the convention ground

If you arrive before 10 am feel free

If you arrive after 10 am join the opening Mass

If you arrive from 12 noon go to the Hall for Spiritual Lectures.

CONVENTION RULES

1 Obey convention security personnel on duty

2 Park your cars at designated areas

3 Wear your new inductees Tag or CMO ADC ID card

 throughout the convention

4 Induction Mass. No CMO uniform no entry

5.  Nobody will be allowed to stay in the following areas when convention activities are on going

A Food and drink area

B Hostel

C Games Arena

D Accreditation point

For the Security checks. If you don't have CMO ID card. A list of all registered members from each parish will be given to Security committee to confirm your status.
