All you need to know and do.For Friday 26^th July, ID CARD/ CMO UNIFORM

Wear your ADC ID card on arrival and throughout the convention.

If you don't have ADC ID always be ready to identify yourself if approach by Security personnel.

All CMO members must wear CMO uniform or any of these T shirts, 2017 ADC Convention T shirt, 2019 Annunciation T - shirt, Deaneries  T -  shirt’s

Identify your deanery accreditation table, Queue up either on the inducted or new inductees line, When you get to the accreditation officer call out your unique serial number and he will check for your name and ask you to sign

He will then give you the following convention materials;

Liturgical booklet

Convention brochure

Three free meal tickets

One for Saturday Breakfast

One for Sunday Breakfast

One for Gala nite

Free bottled water tickets

Registration card

Approach members of Logistic committee to allocate bed space for you. Take ownership of the beds pace as your spread your bedsheet on the bed.

Drop your bags in the hostels as no bag will be allowed inside the events halls. For security reasons

Nobody will be allowed inside the hostels when any event will be on going.  the security personnel will lock all hostels to avoid property theft.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE CONVENTION?

➡A plate of food will cost just #500

➡Drinks will be sold at subsidized cost

➡Three (3) Caterers will be on ground to take care of your stomach needs and there will be many Serving Points with all kind of delicacies from Amala to Fufu to Wheat to Semo, with Egwusi, Onugbo, Afang, Edikakong, Ogbono, etc. Also Rice, Beans, Plantain, salad, Moi-Moi, etc.

➡15 Finger/Fast Food Vendors will also be on ground to sell:

Fruits; Fruits Drinks; Suya & Grilled Fish; Snacks; Nkwobi; Peppersoup; Asun; Wine; etc.
